Courtney Bourns and Barbara Aaron focus their practices on divorce mediation and collaborative practice. Attorney Bourns practices exclusively in the area of matrimonial mediation, drawing on more than 40 years of experience as a divorce attorney. Both Attorney Bourns and Attorney Aaron are rated “AV® Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest possible peer review rating in legal ability and ethical standards.
Attorney Aaron’s practice is devoted primarily to high-net income and net-worth clients, who seek to resolve their cases discreetly, in ways that promote the integrity of the family and the interests of children. She is a founding member and past president of the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce (CCND).
Steven Dembo is a litigator with substantial experience in matrimonial, civil, personal injury, and criminal cases, as well as appeals. Attorney Dembo regularly handles complex cases involving multiple legal issues.
